We offer full-service interior design including: (1) Residential — condos, houses, townhouses, (2) Commercial — offices, retail, showrooms, (3) Hospitality — hotels and restaurants, and (4) Renovation — full-scope space improvement with construction management. All services include 3D design, construction drawings, and on-site supervision.

We split costs into two parts: (1) Design fee: starting at 800–2,000 THB/sqm, depending on project complexity and scope. (2) Built-in production & installation: starting at 12,000–50,000 THB/sqm, depending on material grade and design detail. We provide an itemized quotation before any work begins — no hidden costs.

Every project is backed by a written contract clearly defining the scope, pricing, and timeline. Payments are structured by project type: Design Services (2 installments): 1st — 70% upon contract signing and design kickoff / 2nd — 30% upon completion and full delivery of design documents. Construction & Fit-Out (5 installments): 1st — 40% upon contract signing / 2nd — 30% when built-in furniture installation reaches 50% completion (excluding surface finishing) / 3rd — 20% when overall construction progress reaches 80% / 4th — 5% upon completion of cleaning and final touch-ups / 5th — 5% upon official handover with signed acceptance documents. Every stage is fully transparent — clients receive regular progress reports with on-site photos throughout the entire project.

Our process has 5 steps: (1) Brief — free consultation to understand your needs, style, and budget. (2) Design & 3D — Concept Board and high-quality 3D visuals, revised until you're happy. (3) Approval — sign off before production begins. (4) Construction & Installation — professional team managed by a dedicated Project Manager. (5) Handover — joint inspection with a 1-year warranty.

We revise until you are genuinely satisfied before approving each stage — we never rush your decision. Client approval is required before moving to the next phase, ensuring the final result matches your expectations every time.

The design phase (Concept + 3D) takes approximately 3–6 weeks. Construction duration depends on project size: small-to-medium condos take roughly 2–4 months; larger homes or commercial projects take 4–8 months. A clear timeline is stated in the contract, and we provide regular progress updates.

We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty from the handover date, covering craftsmanship, built-in furniture, and all installations completed by our team. If any issue arises from our work, we'll fix it at no additional cost.

We source from trusted premium brands including Häfele for hardware fittings, Blum for hinge and drawer systems, and surface materials from EDL Euro and Lamitak. Clients can choose material grades to match their budget. We always show physical samples before finalizing any material selection.
